        What we need to proceed with service:

        i)          A letter of instruction to Nautilus

                    a) This must include instructions to Personal Service or Person over 18 years

                    b) Also to include instructions if service is not completed after 3 attempts?

                    IE         * Are we to continue with attempts

                                * Contact you after 3 unsuccessful attempts

                                * Leave document in sealed envelope at the address

        ii)         3 Copies are required of your document

                   At least one Original and two copies

        iii)         Identification of the person being served together with the full address of the  respondent,

                     and any alternative address he may be at. Contact Number if known.

                    We also ask that you advise details of when you believe the respondent will be home.  This will ensure

                    we don’t waste time with visits at night if he/she is a shift worker.

                    Please include as much information as possible. This will ensure speedy service, and if any problems

                    time delays getting back to you for information.

        iv)        A photograph of the respondent. Even a photo a few years old may assist.

        v)         Is the person a National of US, or an Australian, etc.

        vi)        Payment.  Payment is accepted by MasterCard, Visa or Cheque

•  Fees quoted are for non-urgent documents (with at least 2 weeks to serve + Postage Time)

•  Fees include 3 attempts at service, KM, Postage Fees, Sworn affidavits of service witnessed by Notary, (Excludes Taxes/GST), Service and Professional Fees.
•  An additional fee of AU$190.00 per 2 additional attempts.
•  Fee is for the first respondent. Additional respondents at $165.00 if not served at the same time. (i.e. Personal Service)
